Trustleads – Commercial Opportunity Intelligence Products

1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
Trustleads provides structured Commercial Opportunity Intelligence in digital format.
All Products are delivered electronically and are classified as digital goods.
Due to the nature of digital intelligence products, access is considered delivered once download access is granted.
2. NO AUTOMATIC RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (B2B)
Trustleads operates exclusively in a B2B context.
Customers represent and warrant that they purchase Products in a professional or commercial capacity.
As such, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.
3. DIGITAL DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE
By completing a purchase, the Customer:

Expressly acknowledges that delivery is immediate

Expressly consents to digital delivery

Acknowledges that access to the dataset constitutes full delivery
-
Waives any right to cancel after download access is granted
Delivery is deemed complete when download access is provided.
4. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment

Proven technical failure preventing access
-
Verified billing error
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Requests must include:

Order reference
-
Description of issue
-
Supporting documentation (if applicable)
Refunds are granted at Trustleads’ sole discretion.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind
-
Dissatisfaction with commercial results

Failure to achieve expected response rates
-
Customer misuse
-
Customer non-compliance with laws
-
Claims related to downstream outreach performance
-
Dataset age where freshness window was disclosed
6. DATA ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
Trustleads compiles data from publicly available professional sources and applies validation procedures at the time of compilation.
However:

Business roles may change
-
Contact details may be updated
-
Organizational structures may evolve
Trustleads does not guarantee ongoing accuracy after delivery.
Refund claims based on changes occurring after validation timestamp shall not be accepted.
7. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If a Customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting Trustleads:

Trustleads reserves the right to contest the chargeback

Access to Products may be revoked

Future purchases may be restricted
Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant payment processors.
8. FRAUD PREVENTION
Trustleads reserves the right to:

Refuse refund requests suspected of abuse

Deny service to customers engaging in refund manipulation

Implement additional verification procedures
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Refunds, where granted, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Product.
Trustleads shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
-
Consequential losses
-
Lost business opportunities
-
Regulatory penalties incurred by the Customer
10. REGIONAL COMPLIANCE
Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply despite B2B framing, Trustleads will comply with such laws to the extent legally required.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be lawfully waived.
